War alles vorhanden was man benötigte. Sehr freundliche Empfang und bei Fragen immer sofort hilfreich. Lage war für uns perfekt. Mit Hund 🐕 sehr zu empfehlen.

מקום קסום עם המון ירוק, פרחים, מדשאות. דירה נוחה, הריהוט אמנם מעט ישן אבל עדיין נח ונחמד. נקי, מאובזר. Wifi טוב . חניה נוחה בחינם.

המחיר באוגוסט היה לא זול.

מיקום מעולה גן נפלא מאוד נוח קרוב למרכז העיר 15 דקות

מחיר גבוה לא מצדיק את המקום יש בערב יתושים כי מדובר באזור כפרי היה ניתן לחשוב להתקין רשת ליתושים מה גם שאין מיזוג אוויר ולא ניתן לפתוח חלונות וזה מינוס גדול למקום

"Best value for money we found in Graz!"

Very easily accessible by car. Daniela our host was amazing! Really friendly and nice, we loved our chats with her in the morning and the cherry pie she brought us one morning. The apartment was clean and functional, just as we needed it. The TV in the room was perfect. The location is quiet and clean.

Apartment was a bit small according to our needs, but we did have a lot of baggages with us since we are on a one month vacation. Also, the entry through the back garden to reach the parking spots in the back is quite narrow. We rented a C5 Aircross (big car) and we always had our heart in our mouth when passing. Probably a small european car would make it through there without issues. There was also a lack of wall plugs for our electrical devices, but again, it might just be us having a lot of electrical stuff to charge. But all of these are minor stuff, we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for the Austrian Grand Prix this year and couldn’t recommend it enough! We were a little worried about the travel distance between us and the train station in Graz but Daniela was fantastic and provided us with maps of the area which included the bus stops only a couple of minutes walk away that go straight to the station! The house and apartment itself was stunning with beautiful views and a lovely balcony that allowed us to relax and enjoy a couple of beers after a each long day of being at the Grand Prix Daniela was great and even left us a fan to use during the night as the heat was quite high and some beautiful home made cakes Couldn’t recommend more and would love to come back again when we’re not travelling so much so that we could make the most of the area
