Lovely apartment in a great location with underground parking. Nice rooms, loads of bathrooms, good size for socialising.

Heated boot warmers in the ski room were always already taken by the time we returned from a day’s skiing - they could do with a few more to accommodate everyone. Would have liked to be provided with 2 front door keys to save having to go and collect one from the office, as the office was a little way out of town, but office staff were very friendly

Fantastic location, only 200m from the lift and not even a 5 min walk in to town. Nice layout and great dining/ living area. Has a boot and ski room downstairs as well. Also the ski rental shop is over the road.

Water pressure for the showers wasn't the best, a few light bulbs needed replacing and just some small areas were a little bit 'tired' Really, this should not put you off though.

The location was fantastic - easy walk to everything including the lido. The apartment was spacious and the views were excellent. Underground parking very useful especially having your own spot.

The apartment was a bit tired and basic housekeeping needed attention. Some things broken or damaged which was part rectified by the management company, when we raised the issues. Several spot lights broken, couple of wall lights damaged or broken. Odd number of gasses, cutlery and plates (some chipped). Bins broken. Bed linen clean but pillows and duvets yellow and stained. Wet toilet paper left plastered up wall in toilet. Someone had cooked in the kettle which the management company then replaced - same with chopping boards old and tired. Couple of other issues with building, a couple of roof slats fell off in the entrance and there was a big problem with rubbish which meant it was not pleasant trying to access the key box. All issues raised with the management company several times - we got partial satisfaction. Did ask for some money back but still waiting? When you are paying top dollar you expect it to be right!

Hosts were really great - we had a few issues which were sorted for us very quickly (toaster tripped all electric and keybox and internet stopped working - just minor things). Accommodation was spacious and nice for a family. Very good location for both ski lifts and the town and you do have some views of the slopes from the balcony.

There are just a few little things that let the apartment down. It sleeps 8 - ideally 4 adults and 4 children. Things like only 3 wine glasses - all the crockery is odd. Pillows all need replacing, some were actually cushions in pillow cases, towels very small etc. We paid quite a lot for the apartment and I would have expected at least some milk and bread for breakfast on the first morning or when we arrived. I know you can pay extra for the breakfast delivery but its little things that make all the difference and that really is minimal cost to do - its the first place we have been to that didn't do this for guests. Cleanliness was OK at first glance but if you looked a little closer the floors (especially bathrooms) were not very clean. I think the cleaners need to do a more thorough job - quite a few cobwebs too. These things didn't spoil our stay but we just wanted to comment so the hosts can address these minor things as they may not be aware of them. It would take the apartment from good the excellent.

The furniture was older and lower quality to the photos in the living room so it didn’t look as contemporary. There was nothing you might expect in an apartment - no soap, no Startup coffee or tea etc which would be a nice welcoming touch.
