Die freundliche Hausmeisterin, mit der wir uns sehr gut unterhielten, die tolle Aussicht und zentrale Lage. Das Bett neu u bequem!

Der Duschvorhang ausgefranst, die Fliesen zT gesprungen, der Korb im Spüler rostig, die Schalter vom Herd schmutzig. Die Wände u Decke sind sanierungsbedürftig.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in xx Apartments sehr genossen. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ist fußläufig zur Innenstadt bzw. zur Nordkette / Alpenzoo gelegen. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
