Great location, like that there were laundry facilities and a mini kitchen

Location is great. Most of the historic places are reachable within walking distance. Apartment was nice and comfortable.

The bed in the couch was not so comfortable and the bedsheet was a little bit dirty. Shower was in general clean but it would be better to clean it more in detail.

Every thing about the property was amazing aside from the “air conditioning” our room was so hot we could not sleep. Let’s be honest most your time in the room is at night to sleep. With that said we left exhausted. We departed on June, 22 ,2026 and the temp was 90 degrees unseasonably hot.

The location was fantastic - right in the middle of the old town. My room overlooked the pedestrian street but wasn’t too noisy despite the number of restaurants. Loads of places to eat and drink and shop within a stones throw. And the people at front desk were very friendly and helpful. There is a washing machine (and dryer) in the basement - you’ll have to take tokens (4 euro for one cycle).

It’s not so much a “don’t like” as “you should know” - there is no Airconditioning. They have some kind of central cooling plus a pedestal fan in the room (you can ask for more). This was ok for us in the middle of June (temperatures at 30-32) with the windows open. But if you’re travelling when it’s hotter than that - that may be something to think about. Secondly for a hotel this expensive, I think providing coffee capsules and tea bags in the room should be a given. We stayed at similar hotels in Vienna and Munich on this holiday and these small things are a given. Also it would be nice to have the option to have your room cleaned (as it stands there is nothing whatsoever).

The location was in the heart of the city. They were very responsive to all inquiries and provided us with the Guest Mobility pass before our arrival so that we could use transit to the hotel and anywhere in Salzburg. I really liked the honour system of amenities like basic groceries and laundry facilities.

This was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dishes. The location was in the heart of old town walkable to every major attraction.

One had to pay for anything extra. There was a coffee machine but the pods need to be bought. There was a washer and dryer in the basement but had to buy tokens to use it.

Location was great. Stefan at reception was so helpful and friendly. He booked us a concert that was excellent. Restaurant recommendations were also great.

The room was great and I would have given them a 10 except the hotel did not have air conditioning. They provided an in room fan but the evenings were a little too warm for us. Couldn’t always keep the windows open because we were in the center of old town and it was noisy.
