Comfortable and functional furniture, including the king-size bed. Fine dishes, many places to sit, lots of lights and light/charger plugs, lots of windows, excellent blinds, great bath tub, lots of pegs, fun decorations, attractive carpets, fine views, etc etc. Excellent water pressure, including toilet flush. Beautiful gardens and terraces. Sensor lights. Dedicated parking space. Very helpful recommendation of a good place to eat nearby. Both owners, Elizabeth and Kurt, were helpful as needed, but not at all intrusive. Also appreciated the welcoming bottle of Prosecco, the Nespresso machine with pods, and the availability of Netflix on the flatscreen TV. Very classy place, with good quality features. Many excellent decisions have been made in preparing the property.

We would have liked to have a toaster and a microwave. The walkway uphill to the apartment was rather steep and could be difficult for anyone with motor disabilities. These things, however, did not undermine the exceptional quality and value of the accommodation.

L'emplacement, proche de Linz et au calme. La vue sur Linz. La place de parking devant la maison. La taille de l'appartement,. La literie très confortable. Les petits cadeaux à l'arrivée.

Le manque de grille-pain, de bols et de cafetière. Il y a une machine à capsules mais je n'aime pas ces machines. Cependant on peut se préparer un bon petit déjeuner sans problème.

Eigentlich alles . Freundliche Inhaber . Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt . Wir hatten beide Wohnungen , da wir unsere Mutter dabei hatten . Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter Pech gehabt und konnten nicht den schönen Garten nutzen und genießen . Danke
