Well appointed and great mix of indoor and outdoor space. Set against the edge of a forest on a hill makes for peaceful and tranquil accommodation.We specifically were looking for something further away from the Altstadt and closer to the University so we rented our own car making it easier to get around.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations in every respect and in every way. Not only was the apartment clean and comfortable, but it was furnished with great taste. We felt so comfortable there that we couldn't wait to go sightseeing... Kurt is a very kind host. If we visit Linz again, we will most definitely book this apartment.

Great location, with magnificent view on Linz. Host was super friendly and showed us around the house. There was a welcome gift, and the whole experience with host was nothing short of perfect. The facility is even better than expected, spacious, well equipped, interesting, with a garden, terrace, parking. Sincere recommendations.

It is a wonderful apartment. Nearly a museum. Everything is foreseen. It is just outside the city in a very quiet green area with magnificent view over the city. We will book again their when we go to Linz. Top.

Don't book with young children. The interior is made so nice, tastefully and delicate.
