Very clean, good mattresses, coffee filters, coffee milk, salt and pepper, etc provided. Enough towels and facilities to hang the towels for drying all in place.

No screens on any windows so mosquitoes were able to come in. Parking was free, however, a small distance away from the property.

Very good communication with the owner before the arrival - thank you, Barbara. Parking possibility in a tiny street near the apartment (though this is a bit a matter of luck). Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment with all the modern amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen. Well-working wifi. Quiet neighbourhood within a relatively short walking distance (15 minutes) from a highly attractive town centre of Gmunden.

Hardly anything to complain about, perhaps just the linen made of synthetic material.

Good location - close to river for a swimming 3min walk, city center 15min walk, shopping center 15min walk. Spacious appartement. Equipment all what is needed for daily use.

Location, specially river, lake and town centre within walking distance, ideally for cycling, wonderfull cycling trips anywhere, views to the mountains, patio with seating, comfortable spacy bedroom, kitchen with window to the patio.

Only little things-narrow access to the patio, no dishwasher.

It was clean, the price is affordable, had everything one might need, very nice location - could walk on foot anywhere 😊

We had the mansard apartment and I did bump my head quite a lot but I’m tall 😅 Also the mattress was too soft for me and my sleep was a bit impacted by it but not a big deal.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Gmunden, so you do not feel like it is in the town. But everything is so close, so we were surprised when in the evening of our arrival went to the old centre and saw the tram. Shops are 4 min drive. The owner is a lovely women, gave us summer cards and advice where we could go. The apartment is spotless clean and has everything you might need.
