Location was convenient for access to tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment facilities and sizing was good.

Key collection was at a different location, which we knew however not so pleasant in the cold and wet weather.

The distance between the reception and the apartment is about a 30-minute walk. The location of the apartment is excellent, and the room is spacious. However, the apartment was filled with a strong, lingering food odor that didn’t go away despite continuous ventilation. We raised a complaint about this issue, but unfortunately, no action was taken. Additionally, we were shocked to find a multi-legged insect in the bathroom, which was quite distressing. Aside from these issues, the stay was comfortable.

It was spacious.

The floor was not clean and all ripped off. The lights were very dull and was not helping with the positive and fresh feeling of the house.

Great location, right in the middle of the city in an old building. You can't beat that. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and a few food stores nearby. My child really liked the folding bed, it is also safe to sleep in. The kitchen had all you need for cooking and the coffee machine with beans was a nice touch.

It is difficult to say because the location and apartment's size beat the few minor issues that could be improved. First, it needs a little touch-up/modernization, especially the couch, floor, bathroom etc, show signs of use. Photos are a bit nicer:) But as I wrote, the location and size are first and foremost what you pay for.

Position, position, position!!! Had everything we required to make our stay great. Was warm & toasty upon arrival. Surrounded by cafes & restaurants . A short walk across bridge to the main tourist attractions. Can recommend Uncle Van’s Vietnamese restaurant opposite for an authentic tasty Vietnamese meal.

Bathroom/laundry was rather squishy- one person at time!!!

Noisy night life. Shame it rained so hard the apartment leaked, but it was obvious it had happened before.

Great location. Close to major attractions, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets; all within walking distance of the apartment.

Would you liked toiletries like body wash, shampoo and conditioner to be available for use and a smart tv to cast online streaming services to.
