terrible communication. Before arrival they only wrote to us that the keys could be picked up at the office. Upon arrival we found out that the office was locked and no one was answering the phone. We tried to call until 11pm, but no one helped. Fortunately, the owner then answered the phone and gave us the code to the box where the key was stored - no one sent any email regarding the pin to the box and how to pick up the keys. To this day, the accommodation has not even apologized for their mistake

well-equipped, warm, comfortable and spacious apartment, two toilets (one in a bathroom), comfortable beds baby stuff (cot, chair) available on request, free of charge private ski room in the basement (access with lift), roofed private parking space, quiet area, not far from Planai gondola station (5-10min of walk depending on whether with or without ski equipment)

the apartment was not well cleaned after previous residents (after informing the owner, we were offered an extra cleaning).
