The place has a perfect location for visiting the Sonnentherme. You can even get a minor discount for the ticket and early enter using a QR code provided. The garden is nice and features a trampoline for kids. Wifi works perfect. For the place itself, the rooms and kitchen are fine for a short stay.

The maintenance could be better - a lot of bulbs are not working and the microwave also needs a lot of discussion to start. The matrasses on the double bed are really hard, the single beds are good only for kids - they appear unstable. The bathroom is connected to the toilet and very small, the shower has only a hang up - even if it used to have a door in the past, apparently. There are steep stairs to the apartment on the first floor.

The main attraction of the area is the Sonnentherme which is a two minute drive from the apartment. So for small families the apartment's location is fantastic. Nice and clean and with everything one needs for a short stay.

Austrian homes don't usually have cooling systems. This apartment is hit by direct sunlight almost the whole day. So on hot summer days, like the one we experienced when we stayed there, a cooling system would have been a nice thing to have. A simple fan would have sufficed. The apartment was terribly warm. It was hard to fall asleep that night. Bring your own if you expect a hot summer day.
