Achtung bei dieser Unterkunft!

Achtung bei dieser Unterkunft!!!! Verkehrsbedingt haben wir uns 1 Stunde vor Schlüsselübergabe bei der Vermietrein gemeldet, dass es etwa 1 Stunde später wird. Statt 17 uhr 18 Uhr. Wir haben um Nachsicht gebeten, das sind ja keine unmenschlichen Zeiten. Keine Rücksicht, kein Entgegenkommen, sie gab uns den Schlüssel nicht! auch wollte sie den Schlüssel niergens hinterlegen, oder ihn uns am Folgetag übergebn. Sie hat aber den kompletten Preis über 400€ eingesteckt !!!!!! Auch booking com hat uns nicht geholfen. Die haben sich auch danach nicht mehr gekümmert.! Wir mußten uns am Abend spontan eine Unterkunft suchen. Das war der Frau egal. ! So etwas dreistes ist uns noch nicht passiert.

Die Lage der Wohnung war Top. Innenstadt konnte Fußläufig in 20 Minuten erreicht werden. Zudem gab es öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Die Wohnung war ruhig gelegen, sauber, komfortabel und top ausgestattet. Alles was man benötigt war Vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns sogar Ausflugstipps und Prospekte gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. 😀

"A nice time despite the pouring rain"

Very well equipped, spacious and clean apartment in a quiet area. In the kitchen you can find everything you need to prepare a meal. In addition for entertainment available books in different languages, Netflix and other amenities, a lot for families with children. Despite very bad weather, we appreciated the stay.

The apartment was amazing! You basically have anything you can think of. Kitchen very utilized, children room with toys. Everything was great, including the location. Right next to main roads, shops and restaurants.
