Price, location, and the 2 separate bedrooms mattered for us, and the fact that there were some kitchen facilities. The place is easy to find, the garden parking and the self check in are very convenient.

Lack of power outlets (or extension cords) for the microwave and kettle, not enough pressure in the shower (washing longer hair was a bit tricky, for a regular shower it's OK). People who, I assume, live downstairs, smoke, and we could smell it a bit in the living room. However, this is a cheap accommodation. Nothing was outside of the acceptable value for money compromise.

Die Ausstattung de Apartments war sehr schlecht. Ein Bett hatte einen defekten Lattenrost. Alle Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig öffnen oder schließen. Dadurch kam der Straßenlärm in die Räume. Das gesamte Haus, insbesondere das Treppenhaus, machten einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Küchenzeile war schmierig. Die Dusche im Bad war völlig verkalkt. Wir haben nicht eine einzige Person (Vermieter oder Angestellte) während unseres Aufenthaltes gesehen.
