Very clean, nice design combining rustic with mpdern, great views despite being close to the main road. Very well stocked, there were all the basic needs like TP, salt, detergents, that you usually have to buy yourself in such cottages.

No microwave, that was an unnecessary inconvenience, having to warm up everything on the stove.

We had the apartment #8 with private sauna. The apartment's door was not locked when we arrived, so it was pretty smooth to move in. The communication with Ute went very well, she was available when needed. The apartment itself is spacious, nicely and modern furbished, super-nice view to the opposite mountains. The private sauna was a touch of luxury, we loved it! Shopping is in walking distance. Hauser Kaibling is pretty close, it is a real "pályaszállás" (an apartment right next to the ski route). We loved everything and hope to get back soon.

The apartment itself is outstanding: modern kitchen, nice and spacious interior. There is absolutely everything that you need, and nothing is limited: towels, wc paper, dishwasher tablets, etc. There was a private sauna in the balcony, which you can use anytime you want. Apartment is right on the slope, but have in mind, that skiing home down the hill is on the black slope.

The communication was close to zero. We had problems before coming, as one of our companions broke the leg and we wanted to contact the owner to know the options - no reply at all. Nobody is meeting you in person, so if you have questions - you have to find answers yourself. We lived in apartment No 10, and its quite high - you have to climb 60 stairs each time. There is no proper ski room with boot dryer - just a rack with a lock outside the building. And it was a bit cold in the living room. The instruction of how to use a door locker is printed on A4 paper - all in german language. Normally printed material in hotels/apartments is in few main languages.
