Perfect. Could do with more information for foreigners ie bus timetables, taxi.

Nicer towels, more pillows.

Reception closed on arrival, and information booklet delivered on last day of holiday. Had to find apartment no instructions given

יש בעברית בהמשך.. We had a serious incident with the landlord. One of the days we arrived at noon and wanted to have a barbecue in the yard, when we arrived the owner of the house was sitting there on the barbecue stand and had a meal with his family and friends, he saw that we were interested in using it but still sat there after a while after he got up it was getting dark (which made us miss a day) so we dragged a bit the barbecue towards the light (of course it's still in the parking lot and not close to the apartment at all) the owner of the house arrived and just started screaming terribly with the smell of beer coming from his mouth, he screamed at the man who was standing next to the barbecue that he was not normal and behaved like a real bully and screamed that our vacation here is over and that we should pack our things and leave later who continued to shout he said "I'll be back in an hour I want to see everything here clean and in place" so our friend asked him if he had anything to clean with so he violently grabbed his shirt and came close to his face and told him: take off your shirt and clean with it and left. The children were afraid of the screams and started crying and it took a while for everyone to calm down when we told him that the children were afraid and cried he said he didn't care and left. It's a real shame that this is how an apartment owner behaves. shocking. הייתה לנו תקרית חמורה עם בעל הבית.

The flat was spacious with a well equiped kitchen.

There was no shampoo / shower gel provided.

The river near the house,all is new and klean you get the summer plachao card

I tried to call/message the host all day and she doesn't answer, she was busy in the plachao pestival Finaly i arrived to appartment she finally answer me and tald me to back around and take the key from "the place" hotel ,also in check out no budy was in the reception.

We stayed with a group of friends and rented the Ricer lodge, sun lodge & basement lodge. The property exceeded our expectations, because of its cleanliness, comfort and luxury feeling. Would definitely recommend Townville. The location was a little bit outside the centre, but only a 10 minute walk to the nearest ski lift and restaurants.

The location is excellent The view from the balcony was perfect There was arranged parking and we received the apartment clean
