No cleaning detergants or soap or shower gel. No contact with the owners, minimum information about the sightseeing around, not provided tourist card in time, so couldnt apply for the discounts.

Good location with beautiful alpine views. Cosy rooms.The friendly lady is the owner. Free parking and quality internet. Recommended!

This is such a beautiful place! So peaceful, well equipped, cosy and clean, amazing appartment. Very nice, helpful and communicative hosts. We wish we could have stayed for much longer! If we are in the area again, we definitely know where to stay, it will surely be Lehenhof.

great hosts, amazing view, room was upgraded and was beyond expectations, accessible farm animals, locally made cheese and eggs which we bought from the farm owner.

A minor misunderstanding about which room we should get, but the host voluntarily upgraded us with the biggest room/apartment, which was AMAZING.

Location: the guest house is nestled in the stunning Austrian Alps with breathtaking nature. Not far from the city center, offering the best of the county side and the city Apartments: spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy. Area: well-maintained and beautifully groomed. Parking: conveniently available for guests. Walking Passes: great paths nearby for walking and exploring. There are several playgrounds also Hosts: extremely helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable

The location is perfect. We had an amazing view. The apartment is very large and the rooms are very comfortable. In the last days, We found a farm with cows and horses that belong to the apartment owners. The city center is far 6 min in the car. There's a small area outside for football. The kitchen is equipped fine. We stayed in Elizabeth apartment, it has 2 big room (double beds) and 1 single room.

When we entered the apartment, there was a bad smell, like a dirty rag smell or eggs. We told the lady and the owener Rupi come with some burnt pieces of incense that didn't help for a long time, 10 mins later the bad smell felt again, we had to buy some Bleach cloths for the floor and cleaned by our self. The family are very busy, i advise them to start explaining to guests what they can find around the farm and what kids can do, like when they can ride horses or feed cows. These things are not clear. There is no clothing machine. We tried to contact the Owener, and as i said, they are busy and hard to catch them for quick talk. The apartment has 1 bathroom, and 1 toilet.
