The apartments are nice and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and large bedrooms with comfortable beds. There’s a heated ski room available for storing and drying your ski equipment and it’s very close to all ski slopes, around 15 mins by car. There’s also one parking space available per apartment.

We were able to book the apartment for 6 adults but it only fit 5 adults comfortably, the living room sofa is not big enough for 2 adults. The guests have to supply their own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. The linen and towels were not changed during our 6 days stay.

"perfect choice for longer skiing holidays in Schladming!"

perfectly located apartment with an amazing view to the ski resort. Very well equipped allows comfort for a longer stay. Just few minutes away by car or skibus from the nearest ski lift and approx 15-20 minutes walking distance from the town centre. Hosts were nice and helpful, easy contactless checkin.

"Worst apartment we have stayed in in Europe"

Nothing the manager was very rude

We had no hot water for 3 days the bed on the lounge had bed bugs the washing machine didn’t work and he tried to change us lots extra fees that we where never told we needed to pay

"Very nice place to stay, friendly and professional owner."

The property manager / owner was very friendly and provided few good tips how to get to ski slopes, where to park car, etc.. He was very easy to communicate with, he proactively sent info messages. Apartments were spacious, clean and kitchens were well equipped. Everything was very clean and cozy.

"All was nice except the fact we didn't get an invoice, even after urgencies and promises"

The apartments were quite nice, clean, and close to the ski center. A bit more kitchen equipment wouldn't hurt

We were unable to get an invoice, even after multiple calls with the host where he promised to send it to us
