Very uncomfortable couch, 2 of us used it for sleeping. It was too expensive (cca 200e) during New Year's Eve, completely undeserved. We booked last minute so we didn't have a choice, but were additionally disappointed when we slept there.
HUClean, comfortable apartment with parking possibility in front of the house in the green zone (free on the weekend, 9 EUR/day on weekdays). The kitchen is very well equipped (spices, sugar, salt, tea, coffee, etc..). The city center is not far, 20 minutes walking on a nice pathway close to the river.
We missed a bit the microwave oven from the kitchen.
