The property is so clean and has everything that you would need. It is about 20 minutes by tram from the city centre. The tram costs 2.80 euro per person for a one way ticket, yet if you choose a 24 hours ticket it would cost you a 6.10 euros. The tram stop is next to the apartment.

The fact that it is a basement. Yet other advantages are more and makes such a fact a normal thing.

nice location, enough space for family, nice pantry, with all equipment available. Big dish washer and nice stove. The sitting place is comfortable and large. Nice beds. Fast internet. Parking place is suitable. All was met.

The apartment was extremely well presented, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space too. The information provided was helpful. We had a great visit.

The fact that is advertised as a two bedroom apartent but is actually a one bedroom (very small Bedroom) and the second bed (very uncomfortable bed) is in the main room, it is downstairs and no security if you want fresh air in the apartment. I wouldn't recommend.

My family enjoyed the proximity to Innsbruck, and the quietness of the area. It's a very convenient location - the tram stop is nearly in front of the door. The decor is very fun and welcoming - altogether a very well-priced stay. Considering how many people could actually sleep here if needed, it's a very useful space. The communication with the host was great - there was something stuck about the coffee machine, and although he was ill he had someone come by within ten minutes to get us a working machine. Very communicative. Recommended especially if you don't care to stay in the old town, and if you are travelling in a group!

The bed in the closed off room was a little lumpy, one of us said there to be a loose spring in the mattress. Still great value for money in Innsbruck, but this should be fixed.

Dusty floors. Bedding smell dirty. We had to vacuum the apartment. Even when we paid for cleaning the owner very rude yell to us, because we didn’t do the dishes… not recommended at all!
