Appartement Jägerhof

Appartement 1 was netjes en kwamen niks te kort, alles werkten naar behoren! En wat een lekkere douche in het appartement!

De host sprak niks geen Engels wat de communicatie heel lastig maakten ze bleef zo nu en dan door ratelen wat hele ongemakkelijke situaties veroorzaakten. Het hok waar we de snowboards/ski moesten stallen was helemaal niet verwarmd en de schoenenrek deed het zo nu en dan (niet altijd) Lastig met de bus terug te komen als je savonds even wat dronk en at in het dorpje (moesten eigenlijk altijd een taxi naar huis nemen)

It was a big problem to contact a real person from the accommodation, the machine kept answering me the same thing. Every few days they reminded me to pay in advance, even though on booking they allowed payment on site, it wasn't like that, I had to send the money 2 months in advance. When I sent the money, I kept getting reminders about non-payment! I wrote several times that everything was in order on my part and had been paid for over a month, but they told me the opposite and it culminated in them writing to me that if I didn't pay within 24 hours, everything would be cancelled. After sending a screen photo from the bank to all their possible and impossible emails and phones, I finally received a confirmation of payment, no apology, nothing. They also wanted to check in in advance via the app, which I did, but I still had to fill out the check in on site. Obviously there is a problem with these smart things (online applications and some robotic machine) Overall, if I were to rate the accommodation: I have experienced better and worse, so average,

The location is close to the bus stop, so it's good for skiing.

The beds' were really uncomfortable, the wifi really slow and spotty, and there wasn't an oven anymore.

Great location, bus stop just across the road. Supermarket only couple hundred meters away. Plenty parking space.

The owner didn’t speak any language other than German which made communication a bit difficult. The wi-fi wasn’t working at all, had to use my mobile data the whole time. The thermostat in the shower was faulty, making boiling water the only option. Also found accessing bathroom via kitchen an interesting architectural choice.

It’s located right in front of the bus stop which takes 5 min to get to the lifts

The apartment is quite outdated. You can’t use pots in the kitchen cause everything gets burned. The heating in the apartment is turned off for the night. Absolutely no contact with the owners when needed (non existing phone number or no answer). One key for 4 people. We even had buy our own toilet paper cause we got only 2 pieces (1 week 4 people). The light in the bathroom is so old that it takes up to 10 secs to turn it on properly. The shower is leaking and It’s impossible to regulate the water (cold or boiling hot only). It says there is safety box which actually does not work.
