Very central location, just opposite the ski school! A nice view from the balcony as well. Love the unlimited access to Tauern spa and good communication from the host.

The toilets are lacking hooks and place to hang towels, some of the amenities are not working (e.g. remote control low battery, some lights not working).

Nice 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located in Kaprun center. Restaurants (reservations recommended) and shopping are all within walking distance. Although we drove and parked at the Kitzstienhorn ski area, a free hop on/off ski bus to/from Kitzstienhorn stops at a location across the river from the adjacent hotel. Also across the river and within walking distance is a nice shopping center; inside there is a cafe, apothecary/pharmacy, grocery store and multipurpose store with everything from hardware, kitchenware, stationary, craft supplies to toys. After two days of skiing/snowboarding, the complementary passes to the nearby SPA were definitely welcomed and enjoyed.

Although there is a raised lip to one of the showers, water still gets all over the floor because it rolls off your body and splashes everywhere through the open entrance. Maybe a door could be retrofitted.
