Niets, voldeed en overtrof verwachtingen

Location was really good. Ski bus really close and we always got a seat. Martin was so helpful and checked in on us through the week. Really warm welcome. The space worked really well for our family of 5. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Amazing views from the huge balcony. Ski room in the basement was really convenient. Supermarket was really close.

I wouldn’t change anything. This place was great.

The accommodation is exactly as presented in the pictures, with large rooms, very generous space. We had a room with a beautiful view to the mountains scenery and a large balcony. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The kitchen has everything needed (as well as dishwasher) if you want to cook a simple dinner or have a nice breakfast. The host is amazing, very helpful and friendly. The location is walking distance to restaurants, bars and stores in Neustift. For Stubaier Gletscher ski area there is a bus station in front of the house and the skibus is free. We used our own car and were driving 15 min, we had no issues in finding parking as there is a big parking area down at the cabin station. We had a perfect stay, snow in this area lasts until late in spring. We totally recommend this staying. I assume summer is also beautiful in this area surrounded by mountains and a lot of green even in winter.

Host very attentive and waited until 02:40 to handover keys after delayed travel plans. Location is fantastic with all bars restaurants and Supermarkets 5-10 minutes away by foot. Large apartment with 3 bathrooms. Lots of hot water. Comfy beds. Better than photos but a bit tired decor hence why it is much cheaper than local alternatives.

A toaster would have been nice, and a wooden spoon.

The accomodation looks better in real then from photos on Booking. Nice location, very good host - Martin, each room has own bathroom - that was perfect! Near from bus station and also near from shops.

The house was nice and clean. The location was perfect, close to the city centre, 10 minutes walk. The owner, friendly and helpful.
