Gradiva was super clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the apartment worked well for the four of us. My family also appreciated the steam room and having bathrobes provided. The bread service in the morning made for a great start into the day.

One thing they could improve upon is to provide some of the most basic cooking needs, such as oil or vinegar. If you wish to cook only one or two nights, it is difficult to stock up on all these basic needs.

It started with a very nice welcome followed by a spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with some nice personal touches. The premium card gave us free access to cable cars which was absolutely amazing..thanks!

Although the 2 bedroom also had 2 bathrooms, one was ensuite but the second was across the lounge area but ultimately no big deal.
