Great location, in the center of town. Spacious apartment.

Better lighting in living room

Very happy with the apartment and host. Everything was clean upon arrival, Hot water was excellent, kitchen had everything we needed (fridge, utensils, microwave, plates, coffe maker and a big table). There were 2 separate single-beds that could be united if needed + a large extended sofa. Night was quiet for the entire week we stayed. There is a separate room for skis which also had ski boot heaters (some of them were colder so make sure to hand check them first) accesible via key. To get to the ski area there's a convenient public elevator just 2minutes walking/150m from the property and also there are bus stations exactly in front of the building and opposite direction just over the road and 30m to the right. The owner also has a bar called Live bar across the street and to the right where you can find him at anytime and talk if needed (we met up there for the keys as we arrived pretty late). There's plenty of restaurants nearby (as it's on a main road), ski rentals and 2 supermarkets (5mins away) but beware of the closing time as pretty much everything (but restaurants) close at 6 or 7pm. Overall recommended and would book again.

The appartment house is located on the main street in the center of Sölden. All shops, bars, restaurants etc. are nearby. The studio is nicely designed but quite small. However it was equipped with almost everything we needed to make our short 3 nights stay comfortable. Communication was owner was easy.

The studio was quite noisy. Especially when your neighbours love making parties until 4 a.m. The microwave is missing and storage spaces are limited.
