It’s a beautiful well kept house in a quiet location but very near the Roßhütte train. The owner. Is very friendly and informative.

Perhaps these are one of the apartments closest to the ski lifts, which are also located away from the road and therefore provide peace, tranquility and stunning views of the mountains and pine forest. We didn’t even expect such a cozy house, in which it was so nice to relax after intense skiing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare dinner or breakfast. Supermarkets are located in the center of the town, a 20-minute walk (there - downhill, back - a little uphill). Yulia is a very hospitable host, it’s very pleasant to communicate, and I recommend it with great pleasure!

We didn’t expect that there would be no shampoo, but that was easily solved by going to the supermarket.

The location is fine, epecially due to the proximity to Rosshutte, the Host, The flat did fit perfectly to our needs. the host, Julia was friendly and helpful. she helped with access cards to the skiing area and some local supplies at fantastic prices.

The location was central to explore Tyrol region.

Everything! Location perfect for walking into Seefeld, plus just a few minutes’ walk from Seefelder Jochbahn at Rosshutte. The apartment was decorated in a traditional style, with all modern facilities, comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Julia gave us a very warm welcome and was a friendly, attentive hostess in her lovely Tyrolean family’s home. What more could you ask for?
