The location is great, very close to kunstuniversität, tram 1, 7 direct from Graz hbh to apartment. Very clean , with towels , capsule coffees, kettle , fridge , laundry machine , airconditioner and heater for cold weather . Very quiet area for night sleep . Walk 1 min has a supermarket Spar to get everything you need . Opposite the apartment is Stadtpark for leisure walking . Very centered and convenient location. I would definitely come stay here again.

The curtain for window in bedroom could be darker for a better sleep . If you have sleeping problem might need a eye patch.

Location was excellent. Just outside the center of Graz.

The apartment is spotless, very good location and equipped with facilities as listed. Near center and only 20 mins by tram from main train station.
