Pięknie położony apartament, koło XII wiecznego zamku, spokojna okolica i cudne alpejskie widoki z okien. Nowoczesny, wygodny i bardzo czysty. Cały dom urządzony ze smakiem, przytulny i ciepły. Spacerem można dojść do wielu restauracji i sklepów. Prawie naprzeciwko domu jest przystanek autobusowy z którego można dostać się zarówno do centrum Kaprun, do Zell am See i na lodowiec.
