"Appartement in echt Oostenrijks pand met fantastisch uitzicht!!"

Heel ruim appartement op de 3e etage (2 samengevoegd waardoor ook 2 badkamers) met fantastisch uitzicht aan voor- en achterzijde!! Zeer centrale ligging. Lift aanwezig. Kleine keuken met vaatwasser, koelkast, oven en kookplaten. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Echt pal naast een heerlijk zwemmeer met ligweiden, duikplank en klein terrasje. Op loopafstand van de gondel. Eigenaresse erg aardig en behulpzaam. (Wasmachine in de kelder, €4 voor was) Je krijgt als toerist de Alpbachtal kaart, daarmee heb je gratis toegang tot verschillende zwemmeren, 4 gondels, 2 zwembaden en nog wat verschillende activiteiten, echt geweldig!!

Appartement werd warm in de zomer, geen airco maar op verzoek kregen we ventilator van de eigenaresse.

Centrale locatie. Appt was groot en schoon. Fijn balkon. Meertje voor het appt complex. Leuk dorpje. Veel te doen in directe omgeving. Wandel mogelijkheden.

We had come specifically to Reith im Alpbachtal to stay so that we could enjoy the Almabtrieb--the cows coming down from the mountains. The Haus Seerose was the perfect location as we just had to walk a couple of minutes and we were immediately near the bands, the food and best of all seeing all the cows dressed up in their head gear. The apartment had beautiful mountain views and had two decks where you could sit outside. The apartment was very large and had lots of room to spread out. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Nicole was a wonderful hostess and we enjoyed talking with her. There are restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery store. We also took advantage of the Alpbachtal card and went up the gondola to the top of the nearby mountain. It was a gorgeous day and the views were spectacular. The town is so pretty with the church nearby and a pond to swim in.
