Der Gastgeber ist außerordentlich bemüht und gut vorbereitet um es den Gästen wirklich an nichts fehlen zu lassen. Gratis Kaffee, Begrüßungskuchen, 1 Flasche Sekt und eine gratis Schnapsbar waren eine große Überraschung mit der wir nicht gerechnet haben. Das Haus hat schon viele Jahre auf dem Buckel und ist sehr verwinkelt und urig, aber sehr, sehr, sehr sauber und alles ist da was man braucht. Der Gastgeber hat uns auch bestens beraten was Ausflüge und Lokale angeht. Bis in das Zentrum ist es nicht weit.

Günter is a great and flexible host. What we really liked: atmosphere staff - everybody is very kind small present left in front of the door -sooo nice wine on arrival heating comfy bed TV with Netflix, Disney+ etc. free coffee and tee and cakes (0-24) free bar (alcohol - snaps, Baileys etc.) (0-24) late check out early check-in DOG FRIENDLY+++ very well equipped kitchen (you can cook and bake) if you need shampoo, toilet paper or wash detergent you can pick up it downstairs everytime you need

We spent two nights here in December. The apartment is very nice, elegantly furnished and clean. The center is a short walk away. Parking is possible in front of the building. The owner is extremely attentive. He was waiting for us with a welcome drink and homemade cake. I recommend Mariazeller Resort Landliebe accommodation.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The interiors were very cozy and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The host was very friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. The bar with drinks and coffee was a wonderful touch, and the surprise treats with sweets were a delightful bonus.
