Sehr ruhige Lage hier, die Natur vor der Haustüre und nicht all zu weit entfernt vom Ortskern von Mariazell und Bahnhof =)

Die ganz große Stärke dieses Quartieres bestand darin, dass man auf völlig unkomplizierte Art und Weise die Gemeinschaftsküche des ganzen Hauses mitbenutzen durfte (inklusive aller Geräte und dem Kühlschrank). Nahrungsmittel wie Tee, Kaffee, etc. wurden vom Vermieter (ohne Aufpreis) zur Verfügung gestellt und regelmäßig wieder neu aufgefüllt. Vielen Dank dafür!
