"cozy warm place close to the town centre with guaranteed parking"

it was 1 night, 3 of us with the kid, the dedicated parking place is in the yard, few steps away from the entrance. all great, thx a lot, Tatiana! kitchen with it's equipment is humble but we definitely didn't plan to cook, and it's enough to cook breakfast.
