Mini Smart Studio - Self Check-in

10 minute walk from the station and another 10 into the main town

When I arrived at check in time (which I had notified them of) I found the appartment not cleaned from the previous guests. I instantly messaged the property and didn’t get a response for nearly an hour, to which they said “there is someone there now right?” No apology, no acknowledgement. Felt very unsafe at that appartment building. The property never confirmed the place had been cleaned so I stayed at a different hotel that night as it had got dark and I didn’t want to walk back to find it unclean.

Very small for austrian standarts and price is the same and correct amount they charge in any austrian apt the studio was smelly and not same as in the pictures

Quite close to center, apartment style (is actually a tiny studio apartment), space is thought out quite good.

Couple of details: cloth/towel hangers are not through thought, some dirt on floor. Noise isolation is unfortunately quite hinged, which is important, cause there’s a hallway on one side, stairs on the other side, entrance arc on one more side where bicycles und paper trash bins are also placed, so — quite a lot of movement around.

It has nice location. Inside you can find kitchen, caffe machine, heater. It is cheap. Good wifi connection.

It is cheap for a reason. Ladder is not fixed. It is unstable and we were very scared every time when we had to use it. If you want to relax and drink alcohol in your vacation this apartment is not for you. Apartment is on a ground floor. So there is a vibe of a cellar inside. I had a bad luck to have a look what is under a mattress on our bed. Under a mattress was a horrible mix of hair, dead insects and dust.

Ladder to bed not very safe. Due to the weather the room hot. Room more for students

Good location near the city centre, perfect for one or two nights. Comfortable mattress.

Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after former visitors - thrash in the bin and hair in the shower drain. Space could have been better organised - no place for luggage, heavy chairs.

Good location. Bathroom very clean, except base of shower had some mould.

Uncomfortable chairs. Very steep ladder to access mezzanine bed. Owner wasn't aware we had booked when we arrived, but did endeavour to arrange check-in within the hour. We were sent a link regarding access into the room that didn't work through Booking.com App and owner was insistent that it worked. Bed sheet looked grotty.
