Het pand heeft veel potentie,maar er ontbreekt eea.Bv onze koelkast was kapotte t gemeld maar er werd niks aan gedaan,dus alles op balkon gezet was gelukkig winter.Geen map met noodnummer dit terwijl er zeer vaak niemand aanwezig was.Geen makkelijke stoel om op te zitten alleen 2pers klein slaapbankje. Vuilnisbakken in de woonkamer.Piepklein emmertje en 2zakjes voor bio.Na 5 dagen kreeg ik bezem en stoffer en blik.Rest bleef achter slot.geen rookmelders of brandblussers.Wij zaten op 2e verdieping.Op dag van vertrek niemand gezien.Er is ook niet gevraagd hoe laat vertrekken jullie?geen skies ruimte of voor skischoenen

Onvriendelijkheid.Dat ze je zo laten zitten terwijl je zelf vriendelijk om iets vraagt bv koelkast stofzuiger . Appartement was verder ruim.

Spielplatz im Garten für die Kinder und eine Garage vorhanden. Man wird bei Anreise sehr herzlich empfangen.

The host was not to be bothered. Not sure why she's in this business, because it seems like she hates doing it. I was prepared to pay cash, but on arrival the owner provided a bill/receipt that included bank routing information. So I told her that I would pay by bank and transferred funds to her bank on the first day of our trip and notified her about the transaction via message. Later that evening the owner notified me that she didn't have a bank account (the one she clearly listed on the bill with all the required routing information) and she demanded cash. So I called my bank to which they confirmed that the money had been successfully transferred to the owners bank. My bank initiated a request to have the funds returned but they stated the return could not be guaranteed. Subsequently, I tried to explain to the owner that I had no problem paying cash, but she needed to call her bank (the same bank she claimed she didn't have but clearly placed the information on the bill) and request that my funds be returned. She refused to assist and stated that this was my problem to fix and that she required cash only. So I paid the owner a second time with cash with the hope that my bank would be able to retrieve that money I had already paid. While to payment fiasco was the main issue with the owner, there was also other other things that made this stay more of a pain than a vacation. The owner and her family were constantly watching over our movement and my kids when they played in the small backyard play area. It just seemed like we were in a prison camp. With all that said, my only relaxing part of the vacation was when I drove away from Haus Claudia.
