Haus Hillinger

The owner lives upstairs, and she warmly met us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment. She (Petra) is a perfect host. She gave us excellent information on places to see, eat and where to buy groceries, all in walking distance. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and came with a nice patio and view of the backyard. The street is residential and quiet, so you do not have any noise. Everything was very comfortable with the stay.

If you are in need of a clothes washing machine, there is not one in the apartment. We were aware of this beforehand and washed clothes at our previous travel location so keep this in mind. Otherwise everything was super!

It had a well equipped kitchen. The host was very friendly.

It was a long walk into Salzburg along the river, I wouldn’t say a particularly pretty walk. Would say the outside area needs an upgrade/tidy up. Needs a shower mat in the shower as quite slippery and the very large cheese plant removing as takes over most the bathroom. These are constructive points rather than criticising the property.

Facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute, parking facile sur place et Salzburg accessible à pied. Idéal pour visiter la ville lors d'une étape de vacances. L'appartement est bien équipé, les lits sont bons, tout était parfait.

Handy location in a quite residential part of Salzburg with free parking available. Kitchen facilities were very good. Host is very nice and helpful

Unfortunately, as two couples the bedrooms were too small and the main bedroom had an arched entryway from the lounge area
