So ein gutes Hotel findet man selten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Personal hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Man kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank

Appartment geräumig gute Lage, Frühstück sehr reichhaltig sehr gute Qualität.

Breakfast and supper were diverse and abundant- something for every taste. Hotel location was good, garage places were also always available. Personel was friendly and cooperative

Cryo chamber was inoperative Bath robes cost 5 euro per person- first time I have to pay for robes for the spa

Bedsheets were little bit thing. During night bit cold

We stayed here with kids. The play area and swimming pool were great. The hiking area around is also perfect.

Sauna could be a better if it were SPA.

Many options to entertain children. Staff very friendly. We went by car.

The staff was friendly and very professional. The apartment was quite comfortable. The ski school and the ski service/rental inside the building were quite effective. Highly recommended for families with children for the playground area and the swimming pool. Entertainment activities were offered as well: a magician entertainer and a disco event for instance.

Just a few minor feedbacks. The wifi connection was often unstable. Maybe it is not properly dimensioned for the number of users. The kitchen could be a bit more furnished.
