Space view clean and tidy

Three flights of stairs were an issue for us because if our bikes.. maybe highlight th we e isn’t an elevator

Everything was fine, the owner was supportive and available. The best thing about this place is the view out of the window and the sound of tower clock every hour. The apartment is clean and nice, everything mentioned in the previous comments (a kitchen towel, soap, and toilet paper) was there.

È stata molto apprezzata la posizione, vicinissima la struttura alle principali attrazioni della città. Molto disponibile il proprietario che, sempre tramite messaggi mail, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno.

Diverse cose non sono andate bene, purtroppo, durante questa esperienza. Parcheggio: non è stato possibile parcheggiare sotto la struttura, al di fuori di 1 giorno. Non ci sono parcheggi privati o agevolazioni per i turisti pertanto ci si deve attenere alle regole del comune di Graz. Essendo in centro i parcheggi sono costosi. Si può parcheggiare al massimo per 3 ore (rinnovabili di volta in volta) al costo di 8 euro, trovandosi la struttura in zona blu. I parcheggi privati, invece, sono piuttosto cari. Bisogna tenerne conto in termini di costo se si alloggia qui per diversi giorni. L'appartamento, poi, affacciava sulla stradina principale. Purtroppo proprio di fronte c'è un pub e di sera per 3 notti di seguito siamo stati disturbati dal vocio piuttosto sostenuto di ragazzi, fino a notte fonda. Certo, portandosi dei tappi il problema si potrebbe risolvere. Ad ogni modo non è stato piacevole. In caso di prenotazione, chiedete eventualmente un appartamento che non dia sulla strada. L'appartamento, inoltre, si trova all'ultimo piano, abbiamo un po' sofferto il caldo, non essendo dotato di condizionatore, ma solo di un ventilatore (finestre aperte manco a parlarne... vedi sopra). Per il resto, abbastanza pulito, struttura adatta secondo noi a chi non ha molte pretese.

Due to a minor issue, the host generously offered a more beautiful, larger apartment even closer to the city center, at no extra cost, instead of the one we had booked. Their kindness and handling of the situation were exceptional. The replacement apartment is gorgeous, clean, and comfortable.

The location is excellent – in a quiet area, yet the Old Town is only a 5–10 minute walk or tram ride away. Shops and public transport are close by. it’s a lovely place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

There’s no lift in the building, which was only a bit challenging for me being 8 months pregnant :)

The location is excellent. Short walk to trams and buses. Close to old town, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars close by. The apartment is a good size with plenty of storage space if you need it. It is quite a comfortable space with a comfy bed. Jochen was a good host who was easy to communicate with in a timely manner.

The pillows are terrible (in our opinion) The shower set up is not ideal and you tend to get water all over the floor. There are no supplies provided except what has been left behind by other guests (mainly cooking supplies)and dishwashing detergent. Some hand soap would be good to kick start our stay. There is a coffee machine there but the pods that were in the coffee box did not fit the machine. Just a few little items would have made the stay a bit more welcoming. No teatowels were provided for the dishes so we had to use hand towel to dry our dishes All round we did enjoy our stay.
