Central location, near commercial streets, easy to access supermarkets, pizza, other nice stores...

The apartment is on the 3rd+ floor, after 73 stairs, with no elevator - difficult to access by stairs only, especially when you have luggage! This aspect must be indicated in the main description of the apartment before you make the reservation. The bathroom mirror was leaning on the wall, on the bathroom sink, with some glass chips around it In the kitchen, under the kitchen sink was a collecting vessel for water drops from the pipe, in case the tap is losing water (I didn't have the courage to use it) It is a good location and with the repair of the above, and a better price, it can be a good choice for a visit to Graz

Simple Apartment Spacious and nice bedroom

Get ready to climb up with luggage to the 3rd floor same as stated by other reviewers when booking the apartment Always no enough hot water supply for our 4 persons to take showers (hot water could be half way interrupted during the use by the 3rd person) The coffee maker not functioning.

The apartment is really clean and really, really near the center. Communication with staff is on point, not complicated.

Location of the place is really nice. The room is very clean and really comfortable.

The kitchen was fully equipped

There was no cleaning equipment (no broom, sponges, kitchen towels etc)

It's a very confortable flat, ideal for two people. Very quiet and clean. We liked it a lot!

It's not a big deal but the fire alarm is very sensitive. It started ringing twice when we were cooking. Another thing to keep in mind for the guests is that the coffee machine is not compatible with nespresso capsules (and the ones needed for the machine are not sold everywhere). Otherwise, it's a perfect flat

The host was very generous and helpful. Also the apartments location was perfect with a lot of places to eat nearby.

There is no elevator and the apartment is located around the 3rd floor., but its ok for us.
