Bescheidene Ausstattung mit Geschirr. Wasserkocher/ Kaffeemaschine ziemlich verkalkt. Keine Abwaschlappen und Tücher zum Trocknen des Geschirrs. WC-Deckel ist lose!

Die Ausstattung hat soweit gepasst, das Bett in der Küche war halbwegs bequem.

Es war vorallem in den Hygienebereichen (Waschbecken in Küche und Bad, Dusche, Toilette) dreckig. Es wurde augenscheinlich übergewischt, mit Reinigung hat das leider nichts zu tun. Auf der Spültaste der Toilette klebten verschiedene Dinge. Das Schlafzimmer hat es widerlich nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken, sodass wir dort nicht schlafen konnten und in der Küche geschlafen haben. An sich ist die Wohnung echt schön, aber mit dem Zustand auf den Fotos hat das leider nicht mehr viel zu tun. Die Dekorelemente sind verräumt in und auf Schränken, es fehlt der Couchtisch und die Sauberkeit, die auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, ist leider nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Wände brauchen einen neuen Anstrich, überall Flecken und Abnutzung. Lichtschalter, die jeder anfasst gehören ebenfalls abgewischt für eine hygienische Reinigung. Ich hab mich einfach nicht wohlgefühlt in dem Dreck fremder Menschen.

The only positive aspect:
The location — it was relatively close to the area I was interested in.
There was a vacuum cleaner and a coffee machine available, although no coffee capsules were provided.

Kitchen The kitchen was in a terrible state and overall very unhygienic: * Food grime and residue were found everywhere. * The refrigerator had liquid stains both inside and out, and needed deep cleaning and disinfection to be usable — it felt like a biological hazard. * All cabinet doors and the oven had sticky marks and visible dirt. * Inside the fridge and oven, the condition was even worse. * The coffee machines were completely unusable due to their filthy state. * No functional mop was available to clean anything, nor were there any cleaning cloths, disinfectants, or proper cleaning supplies.
The only items left were a bottle of dishwashing liquid, hand soap in the bathroom, and a few sample-sized shampoo bottles.
We had to buy all cleaning products ourselves and spend our own time and money just to make the space livable. Living Areas & Bedrooms * The two beds were made with wrinkled sheets, which, along with the general uncleanliness, raised serious concerns about whether linens or surfaces were sanitized between guest stays. * There were visible dust and dirt marks on both the beds and walls. * Thick layers of dust were found on the windowsills. * In the living room, the couch was full of food crumbs. * The TV and the cabinet below it were covered in a heavy layer of dust.
Overall, the entire space felt neglected and not maintained to even a basic standard of cleanliness. Bathroom * The bathroom was also dirty and poorly maintained. * The tiles had black mold stains and visible splashes of shampoo or shower gel. * The bathtub was unclean. * Around and under the washing machine, as well as under the boiler and towel rack, there were visible buildups of old dust and lint. * All bathroom surfaces and objects were coated with a thick layer of dust.
Nothing suggested the place had been cleaned or prepared for guests. Host Response We reported the situation to the host.

The Location

It was not 2 bedrooms - 1 bed was in the sitting room & 1 bed was in the kitchen diner.

The location was very good.

The beds had very soft mattresses - perhaps heavily used. They were very uncomfortable and made our backs hurt. The pillows were a bit smelly and the sheet and pillowcases were not ironed. There was no air conditioner, so we had to open the windows at night; that didn't help much and also allowed too much noise from outdoors, which made the sleep impossible. The toilet was dirty under the water line. After our arrival we had been informed that there would be an additional charge, because of the local taxes, which we had to pay cash. Of course we did so, but it would have been proper to know of that before making the reservation, as with other properties.

The location was very good. The apartment has everything that you need.

Alles gut

Apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine (no dryer). Kitchen well equipped, paper towels, coffee maker with a few capsules left for us. Also note that one bedroom is the Kitchen and the other bedroom is the living room, so those staying in the kitchen will have limited privacy, if that matters. Fine for a family with children, though.

Noise. There is no AC (which we knew) but since we had to have the windows open, the location across from a big square meant we heard crazy people screaming nonsense at all hours of the night as well as the rumbling bass of idiots blasting music in their cars. Really, very loud. Also, we got the check-in info at 3:15 when we were supposed to check in at 3 -- we ended up not getting there until 7PM, so that was fine, but the host ghosted us until the last minute so we got onto the train not knowing for sure we had a place to check in. I think he thought we wanted to check in early but we didn't -- just wanted to have the check-in codes and know it was all on the up and up since he only had 3 reviews.
