Landhaus Jenewein

Very friendly, helpful, responsive staff. Use of a ski locker right next to main lifts was very helpful. Spacious apartment.

We spent a very nice ski vacation at Landhau Jenewin. The apartment was very nice and clean. The sauna was excellent. The interaction with the hosts (especially with Mike) was outstanding: very helpful and knowledgeable. The ski room, with our dedicated locker, was right by the cable car, spacious and clean. Would definitely come back

We were supposed to be three couples, but one couple cancelled late. That was probably lucky, because the third room was quite small and - more important - didn't have a window. I feel this should have been mentioned in the description.

The apartment was huge - comfortably slept 6 without any sofa bed in the living room. Comfortable location improved by use of ski locker at the hotel very close to the main lift.

There could have been a a bin in kitchen.

We love Haus Jenewein. It is cosy and small with a nice sauna. As a guest of the Haus, you get a locker for your skis and boots in the ski room at Hotel Jenewein which is next to the Roskar and Hohe Mut gondolas so very convenient. They deliver bread every morning for breakfast (for a price) and they are always friendly and welcoming.

They could have a few more utensils as standard in the kitchen (but when we asked for some extra knives they were delivered the next day)

- Good amount of cooking utensils. - Beds big and comfortable - great ski basement. (Even though the shoe heater in our locker was technically broken, they provided us with another one. Great job) - Close to the piste and restaurants - Good parking - Great spa - Exceptional work by staff

- We were in apartment Erika and only had a tiny balcony and 2 small windows. The bedrooms only had skylights. It was often quite dark in the apartment. - Floor heating in bedrooms can’t be turned off. Left us with a sore throat. - Some of the kitchen appliances were broken
