Please note that in winter Residenz Tirol can be reached via L198 in Reutte or via L200 in Dornbirn (Hochtannbergpass). Winter tires and probably chains are required. Transportation Service to and from the Ski Area is available from 19. December on until end of March (expected). Please also note that in winter Lech-Warth is closed.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Fantastisch appartement met iconisch uitzicht"

Het appartement is bijzonder ruim, prettig opgezet, nieuw/modern en schoon. Het uitzicht (wij hadden appartement 6) is werkelijk adembenemend. Supervriendelijke (tevens Nederlands sprekende) host: hij is erg pragmatisch en meedenkend (bijv. ten aanzien van in- & uitchecktijd). De keuken is prima uitgerust. De sauna en wellness zijn fantastisch: heerlijke ruimtes en ook hier een ongekend mooi uitzicht! In de garage is één laadkabel waar je je auto gratis mee kunt opladen: zeer gewaardeerde extra service. Heerlijke bedden. Kortom: perfect!

Ik heb een tweetal kleine opmerkingen/suggesties, die geenszins afbreuk doen aan de 10/10 beoordeling. - De kussens zijn slap/klein: wellicht een suggestie om in de kasten ook nog een groter/steviger kussen neer te leggen zodat de gasten zelf kunnen kiezen. - Als alle appartementen geboekt zijn, en je een iets bredere auto hebt (bijv. een SUV), dan zijn de parkeerplekken aan de kleine/krappe kant. Maar met wat stuurmanskunsten en geduld is het ook dan te doen (wel hopen dat de naast je geparkeerde auto’s de deuren voorzichtig open doen).

The location is absolutely stunning. The wellness centre was fabulous with incredible views- so relaxing. Maurits, the host, was very friendly and helpful. We definitely hope to return.

If you are looking for a nice, quiet and well-equipped apartment with a great view, you will love it! We instantly felt like home and had a super relaxing stay. A highlight is the wellness area on the top floor with an exceptional view. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. If you stay for skiing, keep in mind you have to take the shuttle or car to the resort.
