مكان الاستقبال في فندق اخر ويبعد ١٠ دقائق وجود تامين عالي ٥٠٠ يورو عند الحجز كان مذكور غرفتين نوم بالواقع غرفه نوم واحده وصاله معيشه فيها سرير صوفا بيد الحديقه الخاصه بالشقه غير معتنى بها العشب لم يتم قصه طويل ومليئ بالحشرات والنامس تسجيل للخروج غير مرن انتظرنا قرابة نصف ساعه لحضور الموظفه لاستلام الشقه لايوجد شطاف لا يوجد مغسلة ملابس

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. Upon arrival, I spent about 1.5 hours with my family looking for reception, which turned out to be in a completely different location about 10 km away. I called them multiple times with no answer, and only with the help of a neighbor did I find the address. The reception staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming. They forced me to pay a €500 deposit without providing any clear instructions for check-out. Upon departure, they unfairly deducted €150 from my deposit, claiming I had not washed the breakfast dishes — something I was never informed about. I even offered to wash them immediately if given 30 minutes, but they refused and insisted my time was up, even though I checked out at 10:00 am. Their service was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I am requesting the return of the €150 and compensation for the 1.5 hours I wasted waiting to check in, with calls and messages ignored. I strongly advise others not to stay here.

الشقه حديثه ونظيفه فيها 2 أسره مزدوجة وواحد طابقي ومع أريكة وبلكونه بصراحه تجربه نعيد تكرارها وموقعها ممتاز ..

مبلغ التامين عالي نوعاًن ما

المكان لايحتوي على استقبال ومكان استلام مفتاح الشقه بعيد جدا ولقد تم كتابه عند الحجز ان التامين 100 يورو لكل شخص وعند الوصول تم طلب 500 يورو وتم ابلاغنا بتغيير السياسه لتامين.. وعند المغادرة تم ابلاغنا بمصادره التامين 500 يورو بحجه ان الشقه تحتاج لتنظيف .. مع العلم انه تم تنظيف الشقه قبل المغادره

الاسقبال غير متعاونين ابدا وتم تعطيلنا عند الدخول لاسباب
