Schoon, 2 badkamers is erg handig als je met 6 pers bent! Mooi balkon…parkeergarage onder het appartement ideaal

Dat er maar 1 slaapkamer was! De slaapbank in de woonkamer vonden wij niet echt gezellig. Je slaapt dan ook erg onrustig want kom je uit de slaapkamer dan sta je gelijk in de woonkamer bij je kinderen terwijl zij nog niet uitgeslapen zijn…

Everything was perfect

Die Lage war ok. , schnelle Bus- bzw. Bahnanbindung.

Wir wohnten im Erdgeschoss, daher hatten wir kaum Tageslicht, weil die Bäume Richtung Bahn zu hoch sind.Hätte mich gern über ein Stück Himmel gefreut! Sicher gelten die Bäume als Dämmschutz! Sauberkeit war auf Augenhöhe ok, doch über dem Blickfeld waren Spinnweben. Die Kissen auf dem Sofa luden nicht zum Ruhen ein. Meine kritischen anmerken sind nicht persönlich, aber sie sollen zur Verbesserung des Wohlfühlen der Gäste beitragen.

* the are of the flat is very good for us ( 3 persons), and its furniture was clean and well organized. we liked the terrace part. * two bathrooms. * good kitchen, although we hope to provide tea, coffee and sugar. * very good location, shops and restaurants and nearby, Zell Am See lake was around 12 minutes walk.

* * non-availability of the reception on the same location, we need to collect the keys from different place. * non-availability of the cooler fans, we called the reception many times but they said they dont have and cant provide cooler fans. I think providing Air Conditioning System will be better idea, since some days it was hot and we need to keep the windows open during the nights. * we paid a debit of 300 euros and they said it will be back after check out.

Die Stadt, und die Sommerkarte

Das Apartment war nicht richtig Sauber und überall Spinnen, und da es gibt keine Waschmaschine und kein Fönen, und der Fernseher war alt kein Youtube

New and clean only when checked in Location good

1. Too noisy u can’t sleep because of the train just near to our apartment. 2. U can’t sleep because it’s too hot and they don’t have even fan. 3. To do the check in u have to go to the office in the other hotel about 10min away from the apartment. 4. They don’t clean or change the bed sheets at all so if u r planning to stay more than one night u have to wash and clean by yourself, 5. U have to open the windows to let the air come inside but u will hear every things from out side even if some one talking in the road. 6. I didn’t feel safe because we r close to the road and sl all the windows open. 7. Too much insects in side the apartment. 8. For me am not going to stay in this apartment even for free.
