The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, we enjoyed it very much. Location is perfect.

Kids corner is not in the room visible on official pictures anymore, it was moved to a basement of a separate building (in the reception I was told that long time ago). Seems like this place is a storage for some furniture and they simply put there some toys. Our son was very disappointed. The day before our arrival there had to be some bigger party there, because whole place was full of left glasses of alcohol, floor was dirty. Water in inside pool is cold which does not feel so good when it is 16 degrees outside. It is a shame that wellness is open only until 7 pm. In the instructions we received we were asked to sort our garbage (which we do at home as well), but there was only one bin in the apartment.

It was clean and nice hotel with lot of amenities.

Everything was good but one thing that makes inconvenience since the booking doesn’t come along with linen and towels, means you have to bring your own linens and towel. Or you have to pay extra 150 bucks for those stuff. Luckily we have family at Graz, so we brought our own linens and towel.

Az apartman a hotel épületéhez tartozik, tiszta szépen berendezett. A konyha kicsi, de felszerelt. Ágyneműt és törölközőket pénzért lehet bérelni, amit a hotel biztosít.

Everything. The most beautiful country in the world. The location was excellent close to Hallstatt, Bad Ischl and Salzburg.The staff were wonderful to us, especially Anca who made us feel very special. Also a special thank you to Stefan, Reuben and Norbert.

What a stay….!!! Beautiful memories….thanks to the team…..recommend to any family….nice view….we were family of two kids…..owner was also very cooperative…..ample parking…..the reception staff was super nice….

Towel extra costs was a bit pain……though adverted…..pricey breakfast and dinner…..however restaurant staffs were quite attentive….kettle provided was dirty….owner could have added a washing machine…..for more value…..
