Clean, well located, comfortable beds. The kitchen was more than sufficient to cook for the family. Sauna was very nice.

Everything was clean and relatively new. Overall as expected for this price. Bread delivery and sauna are a great plus. Also facilities to dry the ski boots. Free parking spots next to the apartments are great.

No cooker hood in the kitchen.

Great location in Oetz valley, very clean, nice bathroom, well equiped kitchen.

Our main issue was the bed in the Alpenrose room (balcony 1), which was the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. Very thin mattress. After the first night we asked the host to change the mattress. He was nice about it, but it took another night until he put a topper on the mattress, which made it better, but we still excpected to get a good mattress for the price we paid. And anyway, we had two sleepless nights out of seven and still paid full price. Another less important issue- there is no reception, so all contact with the host is via email and it takes a few hours to get an answer. As a result, for example, when we asked for more toilette paper (via email), we only got more on the next day and meanwhile had to do without! Also, we couldn't get a discount on aqua dome as we decided to go spontaniously. Very small balcony.

We arrived at the place and the lady who works there (and live acros the street) came and showed us the apartments, where the keys are, where to park, she showed that there is a small storage room for each apartment and everything you need to know. Gregor the manager called and checked that everything was fine and the next morning he stopped by to say hello and also gave us excellent recommendations for trips in the area. The place has collaborations in the area and you can get discounts on all kinds of attractions in the area. Leno Gregor left with booking tickets to aqua dome and saved us money. The apartments are very comfortable, well-equipped, clean, and there are enough towels (in most other places they charge extra for towels). There is a washing machine and a dryer. The apartments are in a great location for those who want to travel in the Otzal area. The town of Oetz is within walking distance, there are beautiful hiking trails in nature to Lake Piburger, which is very close to the property, the town of Imst is a short drive away, as well as Umhausen and Stuibenfall, Aqua Dome and many other options for a variety of activities and trips in the area. Highly recommended! Great value for the price.

There is no oven in the kitchen :-)

Very beautiful apartment in a great location with a lovely welcoming staff. We had a great five nights at this property. The apartment was clean with all the amenities that needed. Wish we come back very soon.
