since there is no AC, fan should be provided in such weather, specially in Aug

The view is magnificent and the house is very clean, nice and quiet. You cannot hear the neighbors The road up to the house is quite steep, so it takes some driving skills to get there ;-)

It could have been good with a little more equipment in the kitchen; sharp knives, scissors and some smaller bowls for salad etc. but this is just a minor thing

"It’s a great place with a wonderful view. I suggest adding bug screens on the windows and doors"

The location and view is amazing

There is no air conditioning so on hotter days it becomes stuffy. We couldn’t also open the windows the whole time since there isn’t a bug screen there. If we left the windows open all the bugs come in.
