Gemütliche Küche mit tollem Balkon, bequemes Bett, alles sehr sauber, angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage fand ich gut, Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür aber auch zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

Küchenausstattung ist nur sehr begrenzt vorhanden.

Le calme, l'emplacement (pas éloigné de la ville historique, mais dans un environnement très calme), le supermarché juste à coté. La gentillesse et la réactivité de notre hôte. La propreté de l'appartement et sa taille, à deux nous avions vraiment de la place. La vue depuis le grand balcon sur le très joli jardin des voisins.

Good location only ten mins walk from the old beautiful town with lots of shops and bars and food very good place to visit Spar and food places just a 2 min walk, bakeries and coffee Comfy bed and good kitchen and washing machine, thank you

The separate toilet and shower area, u have to go through kitchen for the shower or to wash your hands after the toilet It’s a long walk up the stairs as no lift so it’s good for your legs

The location was excellent. Three restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Next to Spar, for groceries. Buses within 5 minutes. EXCELLENT LOCATION!!!

70 stairs to climb to the apartment. No elevator.

Excelent location, walking distance to center, a lot of shops and restaurants around. Parking place inside the backyard.

Last floor, difficult with baggage, and no elevator. No A/C unit, it was very hot inside the apartment.

The location was awesome, close to the city centre (10min) with lots of preferences, i.e. like using the tram to move around the city. The flat itself was very comfortable, with everything you need in a kitchen, incl. all appliances to have a nice breakfast on your own or as a couple. However, surprisingly there was even an iron + an ironing board, which was a first to be quite honest, never had that before. Also to mention is the big balcony at the rear next to the kitchen with a great view to the back of the "Uhrturm". In addition, there will soon be one or two additional flats finished and available, quite bigger as the one on the top level where we stayed. They should be finished soon and if available, we’ll try to book one of these new flats for the Easter holidays. Generally, we like to recommend this holiday flat, cause you get lots for your money and the owners try to help straight away if issues arise.

Unfortunately there was no living room, but that was due to the size of the flat. However, we’d have at least expected a TV (SAT channels and streaming services) which should be these day’s provided in a holiday accomodation, even if it’s small as this one. Should be put in consideration by the owner/landlord, as an future improvement.
