Dobre śniadanie, czysto, miły gospodarz Blisko do twierdzy w kaprun. Spokojna okolica, daleko od głównej drogi

Pokój jest niezbyt duży, ale to nic czego byśmy się nie spodziewali. Dla osób bez auta daleko od przystanku linii 660.

Everything was very good, kind and friendly staff, very well positioned close to all tourist attractions, large and clean rooms, breakfast, wifi, parking and the summer card which gives you free access to many tourist attractions

I really like surrounding of the house. There is ski bus stop just 5 minuts by walk (Kaprun Burg). The ourner is really friendly and kind.

We arrived a bit earlier than expected, but that was no worries at all. We could access the property straight away. The host was always available to asnwer any questions.

It was the exceptional stay even though I have mismanaged our booking and we have ended up in a room instead of an apartment. The owner was really nice to us. She also heated our food after we have learned we have no possibility to prepare our food which we have brought with ourselves. We were trying to discuss all the topics, she was a real help. Once you enter the place you see and feel it is run by a family.

Beds could be more comfortable, probably the mattresses are after the expiry date.

We recommend Haus Koller to everyone. Amazing host, very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the location was 10 min walk into town or 2 minute bus to the main ski lift. We hope our plans allow us to come back.
