A wonderful modern nicely designed apartment, with great views and within few minutes drive to Oetz town center. Harry the host was the nicest and most helpful. we were a family of 4 and it was super comfortable and spacious enough for all of us. Sparkling clean and spoiling beds. The apartment had all we need to have breakfast or a light lunch. Would highly recommend!

The place is amazing, near many great activities in Oetz area. Comfortable 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms - excellent for family of four. There's 3 huge tvs, dining table, a fridge and all what's needed for few days stay. The manager, Harry, is just perfect. Every question we had anything at all he was there to help us.

There is nothing at all that we didn't like. Every thing was just great!

Not bad apartment if there is no need in any facilities mentioned below. For the first days the owner was polite and helpful, even he bought a microwave especially for us.

there are no any ski rooms, creaking beds with bad pillows and very cheap linen, no ventilation in the kitchen, I was not allowed to wash my clothes (10 days stay) and the most important - a building under construction nearby, noise and construction dust on vacation. I had to move out 2 days earlier, it was so uncomfortable. The owner was not always in touch. I would like to add some information: After leaving (tourist tax was paid through the bank) and my low rating, the owner of the apartment accused me of stealing forks and some other things!!! A completely unacceptable situation and an unimaginable situation for me. For the first time in more than 15 years of traveling and using this system, because I gave a low rating (and this is my opinion and I have the right to it), I received such a fit back. Be careful with this owner!!!

great location with amazing view all that you need in the appartment, with nice terrace . 2 rooms with 2 toilets and showers, 1 big livingvroom with kitchen and big dinning table. all new the host is very kind and helpful! for sure we will come back
