Ferienhaus Heiderand

Very nice location , out of the way surrounded by mountains and farms . The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals , including utensils , whips , graters etc... and plenty of plates and glasses , and a table to eat on. I liked the bath, many places just have showers but there was an option for both here! Nice size , and a nice outside area/large balcony. I like that I was left to my own devices , and if I needed anything I could message or email the owner! Peaceful area , no disturbances just the sounds of nature!

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and had a board at the bottom which isn't good for a 6'2ft man . I also didn't like that it was 2 single mattresses put together! I found the floor was very dirty , I'd walk barefoot for a few minutes and my feet would be black with dirt , also some cutlery had food On In the draws - this is perhaps the previous guests doing- I made sure I washed up properly and left it how I found it with the exception of the rubbish in the bin!

Beautiful view, spacious balcony, surrounded by nature. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The staff does not speak English, so the communication was not going well. The place is not a summer card partner.

amazing location close to many hiking trails and ski lifts, beautiful views, quiet, surrounded by nature. very spatious, garage and free parking onsite. we were allowed early check in.

We do not speak German, which is obviously not the host´s fault, however upon our arrival, the host showed us the two bedrooms and then left without saying anything. We received no tips on the location, no guidance for our stay in the area, the stove was broken, which the host told us upon our arrival. we received a single plug in hot plate as a replacement. There were no toiletries, not even hand soap, which we found a little strange. the facilities are on a shared hallway. the apartment cannot be locked, which we did not feel very comfortable about. we had to text the host about check out instructions as we were not told anything. one day there was no hot water, which the host fixed after a couple of hours after reporting. overall it was a pleasant stay but we felt more as a burden to the host family rather than welcome guests.
