The location was close to alot of things

The host didn’t bother to sent check in instructions and didn’t send any details until i was waiting on the door and called him/her. The wifi needs many tries to work out, the apartment wasn’t fully equipped, we stayed for 5 nights and only got one towel each and the washer wasn’t working!!!! We had to buy our own. Not to mention that we only got 2 dish washer capsules for 6 days stay and also one roll of toilet paper.

Thae apartment is spacious, enough privacy when needed, kitchen equipment is satisfactory, beds are comfortable and the location next to a beautiful lake is fantastic. A near by SPAR grocery and bread delivery in the mornings are great too.

The apartment we were in is located right on the main road. Even though its the country, cars and prople do pass there and it damages privacy. Still the main problem if the place is the attitude of the landlord. We recived the place with a sink that has a broken mechanism and a two of the towels were stained with economical material and hence practically stinking. That did not stop the owners to try to convince me to use it. Only four days after our arrival she bothered to stop by and fix the situation. Her explenation was that she lives 25 km from the apartment so its hard for her to come... seriously??? Actually the land lady offered me to try and fix the sink myself, (it had a broken mechanism, yes... unbelievable). No compensation was offered for those days of inconvenience. Another example of their lack of enthusiasm to assist was her answer if she can recommend any activity or restaurant in the area. This is a very common question when one comes to a new place and a locale host can help greatly in feeling a bit more acquainted with the surroundings. But not our landlady. From the comfort of her phone the best she could do is send me to the local tourist office... The subtext message is clear. Another problem is the lack of transparency- It will be more honest to mention in the place publication that one is expected to bring their own toilet paper and that no changing of sheets is offered even if you stay for more than a week. more over, the guests are expected, practicly asked to take off the linen off the beds. We were actually relieved we did not have to wash them and prepare the place for thd next guests but it felt not far from it... Another weird request was to ventilate the place each day presumably cause its new. Well it was built some years ago, around five according to them so we did not follow the logic of that instruction, but it felt more of "you will work for us in maintaining the place, we will not make our best to accommodate you".

I believe a few binbags and two dishwasher tablets shouldn't be outside the scope of service for a quality place like this.

It had everything we needed.

we didn’t realize that it was a cellar apartment when we booked it. So that was a bit of a negative surprise when we got there. Apart from that, however, the apartment was quite okay.
