Apartment WILKY in Kaprun

Great location full support from owner, all needs it’s already provided by owner Worth to the money been paid

It was about 10 minutes by car from the closest tallstation.

There is a staircase leading down from the entrance to the apartment. A foul sewage smell was present both in the hallway and inside the place as well. The apartment was dark and did not receive enough natural light, plus some of the light bulbs were burnt out. The walls and the light switches were dirty in several places, and the skirting boards, floor, and furniture were damaged in multiple areas. We also saw cobwebs. The bathroom and toilet were cramped, the shower was moldy, and there was no ventilation fan. The accommodation is in need of major renovation. We raised our concerns with the owner, that the photos he posted on Booking.com do not reflect the actual condition of the property, but he shouted at us to leave now!

Nice location to stay in Kaprun with easy access by car to all the big skiing facilities in the area.

A bit dark in the apartment however the owner was very helpful and replaced a lightbulb to a stronger one and that helped a little.

All is good! We had all we needed, we cooked. View was very nice! Quiet location, you can go even by walk to cable car. It takes 20 min. Good communication with personal!

إنها سعرها مرتفع مقابل أثاثها القديم مكتومه لا يوجد بها تهويه ولا تكيف حتى الشباك فيه عناكب ولا يوجد به شبك يمنع الحشرات ولا يوجد قريبها خدمات ان تفاجأت ان البياضات الاسره لها سعر مختلف عن سعر الشقه ولم يكن من ضمن السعر المدفوع

We liked the proximity to the ski area, the view of Kaprun from the yard and that the zone is quiet.
